Two years after the first homes were released for sale, Redrow is fast approaching a sell-out in Faversham.

Properties at both Davington Park and neighbouring Davington Mews have been hugely popular, clocking up an impressive sales rate. Now with just two styles of homes available, buyers are being invited to enjoy a sneak peek inside properties that are still under construction.

This Saturday (November 15) Redrow will host a special ‘site seeing’ event and will kit visitors out with hard hats and safety boots so that they can view examples of the three-bedroom Broadway and four-bedroom Kenilworth.

Kerry Jenkins, sales director for Redrow Homes (South East), says: “Once home to a foundry we’ve completely transformed this part of Faversham into a well-established neighbourhood where people really want to live. The homes at both Davington Park and Davington Mews have been a great success and now that we’re fast approaching a sell-out, time really is of the essence. We’d encourage anyone looking for a new home in the area to join us for the ‘site seeing’ event so that they can see the quality craftsmanship that goes into each and every one of our homes.”

Priced from £284,995, the three-bedroom Broadway is ideal for first time buyers or young families. To the ground floor there’s an open plan kitchen and dining room, dedicated space for the washer and dryer, spacious lounge spanning the width of the property, plus a cloakroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom benefits from an en-suite to complement the family bathroom.

The four-bedroom Kenilworth offers flexible family living over three floors. The ground floor comprises a lounge with patio doors onto the rear garden, open plan kitchen and dining room, laundry space for the washer and dryer, plus a downstairs cloakroom. Three bedrooms and the family bathroom can be found on the first floor. The crowning glory of the property is the sumptuous top floor master bedroom, complete with en-suite. The Kenilworth is priced from £324,995.

Both style of home can be purchased with Help to Buy. The Government backed scheme makes homeownership easier to afford by offering buyers the chance to take out an equity loan for up to 20% of the purchase price. Crucially the loan is interest free for five years. Typically, customers using Help to Buy should only need a relatively small despot of around 5%.

To be in with a chance of owning one of the final Redrow homes in Faversham, head along to the ‘site seeing’ event on Saturday (November 15). For more information, visit redrow.co.uk/davington.
