Morris Homes opens new development in Lytham St Annes

Morris Homes’ new Clifton View development is now open in Lytham St Annes and buyers are rushing to snap up one of the first homes, with two properties sold in the first week of the site opening.

Located in a stunning countryside area along the Fylde coastline, Clifton View offers an ideal location for both first time buyers and growing families.

Once completed there will be 124, two, three and four-bedroom properties at the development on Heyhouses Lane. The first properties on sale are priced from £208,750 or £167,000 with the Government’s Help to Buy scheme.

With the initiative only 5% of the value of the home is needed as a deposit, making it possible to buy a property at Clifton View with a deposit from less than £11,000.

Morris’ Part Exchange scheme is also available on selected plots. This sees the housebuilder purchase a buyer’s existing property for 100% of its market value, removing the need for estate agents and significantly reducing the length of the moving process
