Taylor Wimpey is preparing to release Cadence, the hotly-anticipated next phase of apartments at its prestigious Dalston Curve development in Kingsland High Street, Dalston.

The brand new selection of properties will comprise an impressive portfolio of one, two and three bedroom apartments, which will benefit from a well-connected location in the heart of Dalston town centre.

This new phase comes hot on the heels of the success of the sold-out first phase, Lydian, and is due to launch at the Arcola Centre, in Ashwin Street, on Friday 30th January 2015 between 11am and 3pm.

Michael O’Leary, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Judging by the interest we’re already receiving from prospective purchasers, this latest collection looks set to repeat the fantastic success of the previous phase of properties at Dalston Curve.

“We are expecting interest in the new apartments to be extremely high and they will be sold on a first-come, first-served based, so I would advise would-be purchasers to arrive early to avoid disappointment.”

An online brochure containing details of the apartments and guide prices will be available online at taylorwimpey.co.uk shortly before the launch.

Those wishing to reserve a home will require a reservation fee of £4,500 and two forms of the following identification:

A valid passport or photo driving licence

Original utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months

All new apartments at Dalston Curve will be completed to a high specification, including energy efficient central heating, metal framed double glazed windows and a high-spec integrated Nobilia kitchen complete with appliances. Bathrooms feature Roca Gap sanitaryware, master bedrooms benefit from built-in sliding wardrobes and flooring throughout.

Based in the heart of Dalston town centre, Dalston Curve boats an unbeatable location, with a superb array of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues close by and benefitting from excellent transport connections.

Commuters will appreciate Dalston Curve is just moments from Dalston Kingsland overground railway station for direct links to Highbury & Islington and Stratford, while nearby Dalston Junction offers overground services to Hoxton, Shoreditch and Canada Water.
