Property-seekers in Kent will soon have even more opportunities to discover their dream home with the launch of three superb new showhomes at Taylor Wimpey’s Monarch Gardens at Repton Park in Ashford.

These beautifully decorated properties will include the two-bedroom ‘Dunnock’, the three-bedroom ‘Lapwing’ and the four-bedroom ‘Waxwing’, which will be unveiled on Saturday 11th July.

All of the new showhomes will feature exquisite fittings and furnishings and the very latest interior trends to reflect the carefully-planned layout and spacious design of typical properties at the development.

Jason Stokes, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Our expert interior designers are busy putting the finishing touches to our three brand new showhomes, which we’re very excited to be launching on Saturday 11th July.

“Visitors can really be inspired by our new showhomes and have the chance to truly picture their new life at Monarch Gardens at Repton Park, so I’d encourage anyone who is interested to visit the development and see them for themselves!”

The four-bedroom semi-detached ‘Waxwing’ showhome, for example, features a spacious living/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, plus a kitchen and a guest cloakroom located off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the first-floor landing leads to three bedrooms and a family bathroom, while the en-suite master bedroom is located on the second floor.

Stunning one-bedroom apartments are currently available to reserve at Monarch Gardens priced from £142,500.

All new properties are completed to a high standard specification, including energy efficient central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

To make choosing one of these high-quality homes even easier and more affordable, Taylor Wimpey offers a range of helpful homebuyer incentives, including Part Exchange and easymover. Full details are available from the Sales Executive.

Repton Park lies within easy reach of Ashford’s large range of high street shops, traditional boutiques and bakers and there’s a choice of primary and secondary schools also located close by.

Good public transport is a vital part of the overall plan for the development, and a new bus service will link the community with Ashford town centre and railway station, with rail connections to central London, Maidstone, Folkestone and to continental Europe.

The new high speed rail link means it is now just a 38-minute journey from Ashford International to St Pancras.

The stunning new showhomes will be launching on 11th July between 10am and 5pm at Monarch Gardens at Repton Park, located off Templer Way, Ashford, Kent, TN23 3FJ. The development is also open Friday to Monday between 10am and 5pm, alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.com.
