With seven instant sales, new homes in Aylesford, Kent have been an instant success.

In response to high demand, Redrow released properties for sale ‘off plan’ at The Lawns at Preston Hall.

A launch event was attended by around 150 people keen to see the floor plans and find out more about the homes. Seven eager buyers seized the opportunity to reserve their preferred property at the earliest opportunity and Redrow is working with other would-be homeowners.

Redrow is building 172 homes on land surrounding Preston Hall, offering a choice of three, four and five-bedroom designs from the sought-after Heritage Collection.

Located on London Road, Preston Hall was used during the First World War as a facility to treat wounded troops and later as a chest speciality hospital. The land has been bought by Redrow after the NHS declared the site surplus to requirements.
