Showhomes inspire Tamworth homebuyers

Eagerly awaited showhomes in Tamworth have opened the door to sales success for Redrow.

With four sales, plus ‘early bird’ reservations, following the opening of two showhomes at Pennine Grange it proves the importance buyers place on being able to view a property.
Professionally designed and decorated to inspire potential purchasers, the doors are now open for people to see inside the Marlow and Windsor showhomes.

These four-bedroom detached family homes have been chosen to promote the 66 three and four-bedroom properties at Pennine Grange.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), said: “Buyers had shown keen interest in Pennine Grange, but were reluctant to commit before they’d seen inside finished examples of the properties. Those who’ve taken the early opportunity to view the showhomes have been impressed, so much so that four people have snapped up homes already and several more have made what we call ‘early bird’ reservations, giving them first refusal when their preferred property is officially released for sale.”

The Pennine Grange homes are from Redrow’s popular Heritage Collection, which marries traditional looking Arts & Crafts influenced exteriors with high specification modern interiors.

Stylish, family-friendly kitchens are well equipped with integrated top brand name appliances, while bathrooms and en suites boast white suites, chrome taps and exquisite tiling.

“Viewing is an integral part of the buying process and so we’re inviting would-be homeowners to come and take a look at what a brand new home at Pennine Grange offers,” Pauline added.

Current prices at Pennine Grange start from £224,995 for a three-bedroom Letchworth.

With a choice of primary schools within walking distance, the properties at Pennine Grange are perfectly placed for buyers with children. There’s a newsagent, convenience store and post office nearby, while Tamworth town centre, home to a regular market and high street stores, is about three miles away. Those who want to indulge in some more serious retail therapy can hop on the train at Wilnecote and be in Birmingham in under 20 minutes.

To experience all that a Redrow home has to offer, visit Pennine Grange, where the showhomes are open daily from 10am to 5.30pm. For more information see redrow.co.uk/pennine.
