The wraps have come off Linden Homes’ fantastic family show home just in time for Easter, following a VIP unveiling at its brand new development in North Yorkshire.

Mayor of Easingwold, Cllr Shirley Shepherd was invited to cut the ribbon to declare the Lindendale development officially open during the weekend launch.

A selection of 48 two, three and four-bedroom homes will be built at the development, which will appeal to everyone from first time buyers and families to those looking to downsize.

Visitors were able to find out for themselves just what the development has to offer, with the first chance to study development layout plans, house designs and incentives available.

The current jewel in the crown of the development is the four-bedroom detached Hunsley show home.

With its feature bay window to the lounge, and double doors leading to the dining area that boasts bi-folding doors onto the garden, the Hunsley is an attractive, spacious home.

The first properties at Lindendale are due for imminent completion, with current prices ranging from £189,950 to £399,950.

Lindendale is perfectly positioned within walking distance of the pretty town centre, offering residents easy access to the many shops and cafes right on their doorstep – along with a host of other amenities.

A popular market town, Easingwold is conveniently located just a short distance of historical York, enjoying the many benefits of the cultural Cathedral city and the many surrounding amenities. For a gentler pace, there is the chance to retreat to the North Yorkshire Moors.
