Taylor Wimpey makes it easy to buy a new home with a choice of incentives at Hastings Court

House-hunters can discover how easy it is to buy a brand new Taylor Wimpey home, thanks to a range of helpful incentives now available at the leading housebuilder’s Hastings Court development in the highly desirable Buckinghamshire village of Stoke Poges.

The Help to Buy scheme, for example, enables eligible first-time buyers and those looking to move home to access a Government loan for 20% of their new home’s full price – so they only need a 75% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%.

This means the two-bedroom semi-detached ‘Edward Cottages’ at Plots 3 and 4 at Hastings Court, each priced £515,000, can be secured with a £386,250 mortgage and a deposit of £25,750.

Meanwhile, those with a property to sell can take advantage of Taylor Wimpey’s Easymover scheme, which sees the housebuilder help find a buyer for the customer’s existing home, generally in a matter of a few weeks and sometimes in as little as a fortnight!

What’s more, Taylor Wimpey is also offering £1,000 towards legal fees (subject to terms and conditions) for purchasers at Hastings Court as a free gift to help with the cost of moving!

Emma Jones, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Would-be homebuyers don’t always realise the range of helpful incentives which can make moving to a new-build property so much easier and more affordable.

“I’d urge property-seekers to visit us at Hastings Court without delay to find out how we can help make their move a reality – but they should act fast to avoid missing out!”

There’s a superb selection of properties currently available to reserve at Hastings Court, including two-bedroom houses from £515,000, three-bedroom designs from £575,000, and four-bedroom homes from £885,000.

Help to Buy is available on new-build properties up to the value of £600,000 and there’s no salary cap for purchasers taking advantage of the scheme.

Hastings Court enjoys an exclusive location in a leafy neighbourhood surrounded by fields and parkland on the southern fringes of the highly-desirable village of Stoke Poges. There’s a range of amenities within easy reach, including the Red Lion pub in Stoke Green just a short stroll away.

The Stoke Poges School caters for children aged from 5 to 11, while the village also offers a choice of shops and services for day-to-day needs. There’s a thriving calendar of village events, as well as a host of societies catering for a range of hobbies and interests, plus sports clubs including football, tennis and bowls, and a choice of golf courses.

Meanwhile, Slough town centre is just over three miles away and offers a wide selection of high street and independent shops, the Queensmere Observatory shopping centre, restaurants, pubs, clubs, cinemas, sports facilities and entertainment venues.

Junction 5 of the M4 is just over four miles from the development, while Slough railway station, just two miles away, provides regular services to London Paddington in 20 minutes and also links to Reading and Oxford. Those travelling further afield will also appreciate that Heathrow Airport is just eight miles from Hastings Court.

To find out more about making an easy move to Hastings Court, property-seekers should visit the Sales Information Centre, located off Grays Park Road, Stoke Poges, SL2 4HR, and open daily between 10am and 5pm. Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
