Countryside has successfully launched a new phase of homes at its exciting Springhead Park development in Northfleet, Kent. In the recent unveiling of the proposals for the Ebbsfleet Garden City masterplan by the Ebbsfleet Development Corporation (EDC), the EDC anticipates a further 10,964 homes to be built in the area by 2025/26.
