Property-seekers in London can discover more about the stunning range of apartments available at Taylor Wimpey’s St George’s Square development in Harrow – by visiting the brand new Sales Information Centre, which is now open.

Visitors to this popular development can browse detailed plans for the selection of stylish homes now on sale – and take their pick from the available plots.

The spacious one and two-bedroom apartments at St George’s Square have all been designed to a high specification, including luxury Nobilia kitchens complete with Franke stainless steel sink areas and fully integrated Zanussi appliances, Aqualisa showers and pivot shower doors.

All of the apartments are available with the Help to Buy London scheme, which enables eligible purchasers to access a Government loan for up to 40% of their new home’s full price – so they only need a 55% loan-to-value mortgage and a deposit as low as 5%.

“With a superb selection of apartments available at great-value prices and the fantastic Help to Buy London incentive to suit customers in a variety of circumstances, there’s something here for a range of buyers. I would recommend that anyone interested in finding out more should visit the development as soon as they can.”

Help to Buy London is available on new-build homes up to the value of £600,000 and there’s no salary cap for purchasers taking advantage of the scheme.
