Property-seekers in Staffordshire searching for their dream home are being urged to act quickly if they hope to secure one of the brand new homes now on sale at Wheatfield Manor, Taylor Wimpey’s fast-selling development in Codsall.

This eagerly-awaited collection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes enjoys a peaceful yet well-connected location in the village of Codsall, which is surrounded by countryside and within close proximity of a wide range of well-regarded schools, while the city of Wolverhampton lies just six miles away.

Demand has already been incredibly high at the development, with 123 people attending on the launch weekend in the hopes of securing their dream home.

Anne Wallace, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We are delighted to unveil the first selection of stunning new homes at Wheatfield Manor, which is already generating a great deal of interest from savvy buyers.

“Due to their enviable setting, the new homes at Wheatfield Manor are proving extremely popular with house-hunters, so I’d encourage any hopeful buyers to get in touch without delay!”

The first plots released for sale at Wheatfield Manor include a selection of four-bedroom detached properties priced from £364,995.

The ‘Lindale’ (plot 6, priced at £364,995), for example, features an open-plan kitchen/dining room that forms the hub of the home and opens through double doors to the private rear garden. The large lounge is the perfect place to relax, while the study provides a peaceful space to work away from the hustle and bustle of family life.

Four bedrooms, including a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, are found on the first floor, along with a family bathroom, while there’s a garage and driveway parking outside.

Codsall has everything needed for convenient day-to-day living, including shops, a doctor’s surgery, a dental practice and a library, while ‘The Square’, situated in the village centre, offers an array of independent boutiques, traditional pubs, restaurants and cafes, and a bank.

Meanwhile, the thriving city of Wolverhampton is just a short drive away and boasts an extensive selection of high street shops, department stores and supermarkets. There are also plenty of entertainment and leisure facilities available for family days out.

Codsall is served well by a variety of schools for children of all ages. Lane Green First School and St Christopher’s Catholic Primary School are both just a short walk from home, and were both rated ‘good’ in their most recent Ofsted inspections, while Birches First School, rated ‘outstanding’, is within a mile and a half of home.

Codsall Community High School – which is just a few minutes’ walk from the development – offers education for 13 to 18-year-olds, and is rated ‘good’ by Ofsted.

For commuters, the M54 is within easy reach, providing links to the M6 and M5 motorways for routes to Birmingham, Worcester, Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. Codsall railway station is just one mile away and provides regular direct services to Shrewsbury and Birmingham New Street, offering connections to destinations further afield.
