New Citroen Business Centres - For even better LCV service

To offer its LCV customers even better sales and aftersales service Citroen is launching its new Business Centre Programme. After a successful pilot scheme last year, there will now be some 90 Citroen Business Centres in operation by this summer.

Neville Staines, National Business Centre Manager, comments, “The Business Centre Programme will offer an expanded range of facilities for both Citroen’s small and medium size LCV and car fleet customers. These customers require more specialist support – and the new Business Centre network provides this additional service, complementing those already offered by the existing Citroen dealer network.”

The new, strategically placed Business Centres are drawn from the existing 200+ Citroen UK network and involve those dealers prepared to invest in additional facilities, staffing and training. Citroen Business Centres stock a wider range of new Citroen LCVs, including new Relay Specialist vehicles and models from Citroen’s award winning Ready to Run programme.

Also, Citroen Business Centres have a larger number of LCV demonstrators available – and carry a bigger choice of Citroen approved used commercial vehicles. Citroen Business Centres also provide a wide range of additional services including extended service department opening hours, a wider range of while-you-wait service operations and courtesy vans.
