Andrew Rees and his partner Theresa Roberts together with their two children Bethan, 12 and Dafydd, 6, recently moved into a spacious Alderney four bedroom home at the development which has some of the most stunning views in the area.

Andrew and Theresa both civil servants, said they had looked at other Barratt developments but decided that Pennar Heights had everything they needed from a good choice of homes to local amenities and an unrivalled location.

“We were local to the development and knew the area well so Pennar Heights was the perfect choice. The Part Exchange option made the move hassle free and the completion was quicker than we could have hoped,” explained Andrew.

The Alderney design is a generous family home with four bedroom accommodation spread over two floors. The ground floor houses a breakfast/kitchen area with adjoined family room, a separate dining room and spacious lounge. The first floor comprises of three double bedrooms, one with en-suite and one single bedroom together with a family bathroom.

“The family room leading off the breakfast/kitchen area is a great size for us and the large garden is really practical for the children,” continued Andrew.

The Part Exchange option from Barratt is a quick and easy way to move up the property ladder. It cuts out estate agents fees, chain and last minute haggling over the price.

Pennar Heights is situated just a 10 minute walk from Newbridge offering a choice of one and two bedroom coach-houses, two bedroom semi-detached and three bedroom terraced homes and four and five bedroom detached properties.

Prices start from £129,995 for a one bedroom home.
