Family fun days to be held at Barratt in Newbridge

Barratt Homes lays on fun for all the family House hunting in peace is on the cards for parents at two family fun days at Barratt Homes’ Pennar Heights development near Newbridge. Stilt walkers and face painters will be among entertainment provided at the site from 11am-5pm on Saturday and Sunday August 25 and 26.

Home seekers will be able to view the new show home, sample life at the development and talk to Barratt Homes staff who will be on hand to answer any questions and offer advice on special offers.

“This is a very popular time of year for looking at houses but can be difficult for parents, especially with the school holidays,” said Barratt Homes Sales Director Sandra Dixon.

“This is an excellent opportunity for buyers to have a look round the development while entertainers keep the children busy.

“Of course families want children to see the site too but they also want to concentrate on what they are looking at. This way they can do both.

“It certainly gives children a very positive introduction to the development, which is important for parents if they choose to buy here and want to make moving as simple as possible, especially for young children.”

The event will allow buyers to take a closer look at the versatile range of one, two and three bedroom properties, including apartments, coachhouses, semi detached and terraced homes. Prices range between £129,995 and £192,500. Future availability will also include four and five bedroom homes.

Pennar Heights is just a ten minute walk from Newbridge town centre - offering tranquil village life just a short drive away from the city.
