The Bridgend based national team, which has set its sight on Super League status, is sponsored by Redrow and dished out tickets for their next game to would-be home owners who lined-up at Coed Castell.

Potential customers can now ‘try’ before they buy at Coed Castell, when they step into the breathtaking four-bedroom Ouse show home.

This three-storey property, designed by Redrow’s chosen interior design company Connections in Design, will help to provide inspiration for those on the lookout for a new home.

Rachael Davies, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Wales), says: ““Our new Ouse show home is quite bright and colourful, with a palette of green, blue and yellow used to create varying effects throughout the home.

“The lounge has been given a burst of summer, with two white leather couches setting off the textured lemon-coloured feature wall, making it perfect for entertaining guests, while a vibrant electric blue hallway adds to the contemporary feel of the property. The master bedroom oozes luxury as a gold leaf feature wall complements the matching greenish-gold headboard.

“The fourth bedroom has been made into a study area, demonstrating the flexibility of modern homes. The designers have used horizontal patterned wallpaper in a cool blue colour with white furnishings that create a calming effect and finish off the show home perfectly.”

The Ouse is one of a new generation of homes with accommodation spread over three floors, that will suit buyers from all walks of life - from growing families seeking more space, to downsizers who intend to use an extra room for visiting guests, a home gym or study.

Space is the order of the day in an Ouse. The roomy lounge and kitchen/dining room are located on the ground floor. The first floor boasts a spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, as well as the second bedroom and family bathroom. The second floor is home to two further bedrooms in what would normally be redundant roof space, adding a sense of fun for children who can enjoy having their own ‘den’.

As well as the detached four-bedroom Ouse house type from £214,950, Coed Castell also currently offers buyers a choice of two-bedroom apartments from £129,950 and three-bedroom homes from £184,950.

This stylish development of 192 new homes in Coychurch Road, Brackla, is close to Bridgend town centre and offers quick access to the M4. So, Coed Castell is not only a well-priced option but also offers a highly convenient location from which to commute.
