Standing ovation for North Cornelly’s Debut

The Celtic Crusader’s rugby ground in Bridgend was home to a different kind of runaway success recently as Redrow ‘kicked off’ the latest launch of its affordable, first time buyer Debut range.

The award winning homes are being introduced at Redrow’s Dôl Gorwel development in North Cornelly and such is the demand that the first 14 properties were sold in 30 minutes.

The Debut properties at Dôl Gorwel will include single-storey one bedroom homes and two-storey one and two-bedroom designs, some with additional study space.

Rachael adds: “Debut purchasers can use our Easi-buy option to defer payment of 10% of the initial purchase price for up to 10 years as an interest free sum and there’s a single monthly service charge that covers gas, electricity and water bills, as well as the external maintenance and buildings insurance. All of this is designed to make it easier for young people to afford their first home and to manage their finances each month.”
