With so many schemes around to help prospective buyers get onto and move up the property ladder, it can all become very confusing.

Barratt South Wales is making things clearer, by hosting a ‘Challenge’ Barratt event at its St Joseph’s Meadow development in Llantarnam on Saturday 5th September from 11am to 4pm.Visitors will have the opportunity to discuss the wide variety of incentives available with the sales team to find the ideal scheme that will work for them.

With no estate agency fees to pay, or HIP to prepare, you save money too.

Barratt is also offering mortgage protection for up to three years, thanks to free insurance with a new home. Barratt will pay the first year’s premium to insure buyers against being unable to make their mortgage payments through no fault of their own. Alternatively, buyers may prefer to have help with their deposit by Barratt, which is available on selected homes.
