Europcar puts fuel economy and low Co2 first

Europcar UK Group is continuing to focus on the issue concerning most motorists – fuel economy – with the addition of the Peugeot 308 to its national fleet, including the hatchback, HDi 90 and 110 bhp diesel models. The current World Record holder for the highest average fuel consumption of 90.75mpg on a journey, the Peugeot 308 HDi 110 hatchback, gives Europcar customers access to highly economic driving – and that’s good for the environment.

Europcar was the first rental company to include CO2 emissions by group, leading the market in helping customers make informed decisions. The 308’s highly fuel efficient engine and low CO2 emissions (of only 120g/km) means it is a cost-effective option for customers keen to reduce fuel consumption and their carbon footprint.

This reinforces the fact that the 308 is certainly very fuel efficient and the ideal environmentally friendly car to have on Europcar’s fleet.
