Manage reservations online with airfrance.com

At airfrance.com, customers can now access their reservation details, modify their personal data, change their itinerary and consult useful information for their trip.

In the “Your Reservations” section on the website’s homepage, customers can log on easily and access all useful information, services and options enabling them to organize their trip as they wish.

This section is divided into four separate categories:

- “Your trip”, to access, finalize or change a reservation
- “On board”, for information on in-flight products and services on their chosen flight
- “At destination”, for information on their destination
- “Practical information”, to make their trip easier with the Air France guide to airports, all there is to know about transporting baggage, online check-in etc.

By clicking on the “Your trip” section, customers can access their reservation details and can consult, finalize or change it.

Whatever the fare conditions linked to their ticket, customers can change or enter:

- Flying Blue number and their e-ticket identification code in the “Passenger details” section
- E-mail address and personal and professional telephone numbers in the “Contact information” section
- Choice of meal and seat preference in the “Preferences” section
- Compulsory information requested by the authorities of the destination country (APIS information etc).

By clicking on the “Flight information” section, customers can change the date and time of their flight, their itinerary and their class of transport, if the fare conditions permit.

“This service offers customers the possibility of making their own changes to their reservation and corresponds to the new trends observed in customer behaviour”, stated Christian Boireau, EVP French Sales Air France KLM.
