iBAHN, the worldwide leader in digital entertainment and internet solutions for the hospitality and meeting industries, has announced that it has completed the installation of an IPTV service and Bluetooth personal music integration at the Hilton Dubai Creek – the first hotel in the region offering this service.

iBAHN has deployed IPTV services, together with the TeleAdapt MediaHub HD with Bluetooth wireless music streaming amenity. Guests staying at the 150-room Hilton Dubai Creek, which overlooks the world-famous waterway, can now easily connect their laptops, iPods, iPhones or other MP3-playing smartphones without using a cable or dock to wirelessly stream their personal audio selections through the in-room TV speakers, with the freedom to control their playlists from anywhere in the guestroom.

The contract extends iBAHN’s relationship with Hilton Hotels in the region and follows the recent installation of IPTV and High Speed Internet Access (HSIA) services at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Resort.

iBAHN also offers regional toll free 24-hour technical support to hotel guests through its global support centre, which includes Arabic, English, Spanish, French and German language support.

Mike Nalborczyk, General Manager, Hilton Dubai Creek, said, “This new functionality offers our guests greater levels of connectivity and pays special attention to their digital comfort and convenience. The introduction of IPTV and Bluetooth connectivity underscores our commitment to providing guests with superior in-room technology and capability, enabling more productive and hassle-free stays.”

Hauke Lenthe, Regional Director GCC, iBAHN, comments: “The Hilton Dubai Creek installation underlines iBAHN’s growing reputation in Dubai and the Middle East region for delivering the highest service levels, alongside our continued investment in building guest satisfaction and driving revenues for our hotel customers. We’re looking forward to building many more successful partnerships in the region.”
