Homes are selling well in the Sheffield area at Taylor Wimpey’s thriving developments, The Carriages, Viewpoint and Aston Park.

The Carriages and Aston Park are both proving to be popular sites, with nearly half of the homes already sold. Both developments have a selection of three and four bedroom homes, while The Carriages also has a range of two bedroom apartments, making the developments ideal for families and young professionals alike.

Viewpoint is another popular development, which is selling well into 2011 and has already sold 87% of the homes onsite.

Buying a new home off-plan at the development offers a host of advantages, including having the pick of the plots and a guaranteed price, even if other properties of the same design on the development increase in value.

Alternatively, Taylor Wimpey also offers the Easystart scheme at The Carriages, meaning the homebuyer can own 100% of their home for as little as 85% of the purchase price. Buyers pay only 5% as a deposit and then pay the 15% back as a loan over ten years.
