People looking for a brand new home in Doncaster can discover the ‘best of both worlds’ appeal of Redrow’s New Heritage Collection with a visit to Danum St Giles.

Redrow research found that those looking to buy a new home billed show homes as ‘very important’ or even ‘essential’, with some customers saying they were unable to picture a house without one.

With that in mind, the award-winning housebuilder is opening the doors to two of its sought-after new homes from Saturday, October 2. They combine traditional looking exteriors with bright, modern, energy efficient and easy to maintain interiors.

Patsy Aicken, sales manager for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire) commented: “While some people have the confidence to buy ‘off plan’, others says they can’t visualise the layout without viewing a show home and see it as essential to establish the quality and finish of the properties.

“Customers like to imagine themselves living in a show home and many choose to replicate the look that our teams of professional interior designers have created.”

The fully furnished ‘Shrewsbury’ show home and the accompanying ‘Stratford’ view home are both from the critically acclaimed New Heritage Collection.

The properties both have four bedrooms, but have been decorated to appeal to different types of buyers, while showcasing how the traditional designs of the Arts and Crafts movement have been brought up to date for modern family living.

“The New Heritage Collection blends the charm of an older property with the style and convenience of a brand new one. Family friendly and fashionable features include open plan living spaces, contemporary kitchens with floor to ceiling height cabinets and top brand name appliances, plus desirable bathrooms with quality fixtures and fittings,” Patsy explained.

“Customers get the best of both worlds – a new home that has exterior features reminiscent of an older, ‘character’ property but is right up to date inside.”

Danum St Giles is situated in the Scawthorpe area of Doncaster, just three miles north west of the city centre and its wealth of bars, restaurants and shops. Bentley railway station is under half a mile away, and regular services run to Doncaster, Leeds, and Sheffield – making it ideally located for commuters.

To be among the first to see inside the show homes, head along to Danum St Giles in Amersall Road from 10am on Saturday, October 2.
