Christmas splendour at Chewton Glen

Chewton Glen, located at New Milton on the southern tip of The New Forest in Hampshire – arguably the finest country house and spa hotel in the UK – still has some availability for its special three-night Christmas package from 24-27 December 2010 (and the break is free for children under 12 sharing their parents’ room – saving £499 pp).

Arriving on Christmas Eve, enjoy mince pies and mulled wine before getting ready for a Champagne reception and black tie dinner (with accompanying pianist). Christmas Day will commence with a leisurely breakfast and there will be more Champagne flowing before a traditional Christmas lunch. A special Christmas cake will be cut during afternoon tea. During the evening, Christmas cocktails will be served before a buffet dinner.

On Boxing Day, cocktails and canapés will be served before a second black tie dinner with music and dancing). Guests will depart after breakfast on 27 December.

The three-night break costs from £1711 pp (two sharing a room) which includes luxury full-board accommodation (including wine and pre dinner drinks), music and entertainment (daily activities will also be organised for the children), full use of the spa, VAT and service.
