Es Saadi Palace Spa

Es Saadi Gardens & Resort in Marrakech has just opened the brand new Es Saadi Palace Spa on 1st December 2010.

The spa is the largest in the Red City and offers a range of exceptional experiences and treatments including hydrotherapy, oriental and traditional Moroccan hammams, a Dior Institut and a private spa suite within the spa.

The Es Saadi Palace Spa is located in the most recent addition to the Es Saadi Gardens & Resort, The Palace, which opened in 2008 with 90 spacious luxury suites designed by a selection of the finest contemporary artists and artisans in Morocco. Set to become one of the most popular and luxurious retreats in Marrakech, the spa is a haven entirely dedicated to the senses, health and beauty. With an architecture inspired by oriental palaces and built over three floors around a centenary eucalyptus tree, The Spa spans over 3000 sqm, with a 1000 sqm terrace offering stunning views of the Atlas mountains and the city walls.

The Es Saadi Palace Spa offers a personalised pampering programme and 24 treatment rooms, some of which can be used for double treatments. The rooms are all elegantly designed with soft colours and lighting, alcoves and intricate Moroccan style carvings.
The pool area on the ground floor is built around the base of the Eucalyptus tree and offers a hydrotherapy circuit complete with Jacuzzi tubs, underwater jets and plenty of space to swim and relax.

Spa facilities include:

Oriental Thermae - The Oriental Thermae offer a surprising and sensuous detoxifying programme. This unique pathway plays alternately between heat and cold to rejuvenate a tired body. A marble ice fountain and the sweet fragrance of gently wafting natural herbs are its delightful finishing touches.

A Dior Institut - Located on the first floor, in this very elegant and refined décor, the Dior Institut provides its expertise for anti-ageing care through bespoke skin and body treatments. This luxurious space faithful to the House of Dior's tradition also offers its well renowned make-up expertise. The Institut benefits from its own discreet and private terrace.
A combination of innovation, refinement and cutting-edge technology, each Dior Institut around the world evokes an enchanting environment where beauty and well-being meet to infuse the skin with youthful radiance and energy. Promising immediate and lasting results, the Dior Institut treatments combine three founding principles ("3D" Massage, Micro-Abrasion with sapphire particles, Dior Anti-Aging active concentrates) to infuse the skin with youthful radiance and energy.

The Spa Suite - A private space with special VIP service and facilities, the Spa Suite is a spa within the Spa. With its very own Moroccan hammam, twin baths for balneotherapy, a relaxation room complete with a fireplace, a library and tea facilties, the Spa Suite is the perfect haven to experience genuine calm and absolute relaxation.

A 1,000 square metre Terrace - On the second floor, a superb 1,000 square metre terrace offers magnificent views on the city walls and the Atlas Mountains. It is the perfect place for outdoor massages, yoga and pilates sessions. There is also a Jacuzzi, a solarium and a bar serving fresh juices and smoothies.

Niche and luxurious Partner Brands - The Es Saadi Palace Spa has carefully selected a range of brands for their expertise and the high quality of their products. La Sultane de Saba is renowned for its oriental treatments, Micheline Arcier for its pure aromatherapy, and Phyto offers high quality hair treatment as well as hair styling.

Signature Massages - The five "Es Saadi Signature" massages are all exclusive to the Spa. Their intensity, depth and rhythm vary, in order to sculpt the body, cleanse, re-activate the flow of energy, and re-balance the harmony between mind and body.

The Restaurant "Bio du Bled" - The Spa has its own organic restaurant serving mouth watering produce from the Es Saadi Palace's own organic farm "Le Bled": delicious vegetables, gluten-free bread, and a wide range of healthy nutritious dishes.

Es Saadi Gardens and Resort is owned and run by the Bauchet-Bouhal family since 1952. The resort offers guests the choice of a 150 room five star hotel, a 92 luxury suite Palace with a brand new spa, 10 beautifully appointed villas, the Casino de Marrakech and the Theatro nightclub.
