HPI extends dealer Data Warranty for up to four years

HPI continues to support dealers, as it extends its Data Warranty offering up to four years cover. With the new level of HPI Data Warranty dealers gain protection for their customers for longer as well as help meeting their OFT guidelines. HPI is the only vehicle history check company to provide this level of protection, bringing dealers the help they need at a time when they need it most.

“The Office of Fair Trading’s (OFT) guidance for dealers is designed to help them comply with consumer protection legislation and the HPI and NMR Checks offer an easy way to meet these requirements,” says Daniel Burgess, Director of Automotive for HPI. “The OFT specifically recommends dealers conduct a vehicle history check and avoid mileage disclaimers, which are both covered by HPI.
