Sunny spring offers from Chevrolet

There’s never been a better reason, or even a better season, to buy a new Chevrolet, thanks to some incredible offers and contract hire packages announced by the company for Spring.

They include savings of up to £3,335 on the race-bred Cruze compact saloon, and massive savings on the Aveo and Spark superminis, all of which are offered with a five-year warranty as standard to retail customers.

Customers who buy a new Spark between now and June, and who choose either the popular 1.0 LS model or the range-topping 1.2 LT, will benefit from savings of either £1,510 (LS) or £1,490 (LT) against the list price.

The spacious five-door LS, available at just £7,495 until the end of June, comes with a comprehensive list of standard equipment, including air conditioning, six airbags, electric front windows, remote central locking, body-coloured bumpers and roof spoiler, a six-speaker CD stereo with MP3 USB connectivity and front fog lamps.

The LT – on offer at £8,995 – has even more in the way of kit. 15-inch alloy wheels, climate control, roof rails, sports bumpers, a trip computer, rear electric windows, steering wheel audio controls, height-adjustable seats and electrically-operated heated door mirrors join the standard spec list, making it far and away one of the most luxurious models available in this price range.

Both Sparks are also offered on a new personal contract hire developed by Chevrolet, costing just £145 a month for the LS or £169 a month for the LT.

Bargain hunters after a more traditional supermini, with a choice of body-styles, also get to see some massive savings if they opt for the popular Chevrolet Aveo.

The S trim level, with either three-or five doors, starts from as little as £6,995, meaning you can buy a full size supermini for less than many manufacturers’ city cars. That represents a saving of £2,575, while the five-door Aveo S offers an even bigger saving at £7,495 - £2,695 below list price. Both models come with a peppy 82bhp 1.2-litre engine and five-speed manual gearbox, plus standard spec including remote central locking, electric front windows, front and side-impact airbags and an integrated RDS CD stereo, plus free metallic paint on certain colours. Big savings are available across the entire Aveo range, with details of all offers available in participating Chevrolet dealers.

Chevrolet is also offering an unbeatable deal on the Cruze saloon – winner of the 2010 British Touring Car championship driver’s title, and outright winner of the 2010 World Touring Car Championship. Alongside its enviable race pedigree, the Cruze also enjoys a five-star Euro NCAP crash rating, making it the ideal choice for family motorists who want to buck the mainstream.

Until the end of June, the best-selling 1.6 LS model is available for only £11,195 on-the-road – a massive saving of £3,335 against list. It’s also available with a fabulous value personal contract hire package, at only £229 a month.

Priced at less than most manufacturers’ mid-range superminis, the Cruze LS doesn’t skimp on kit, either. Standard spec includes air conditioning, 16-inch alloy wheels, front and rear electric windows, reverse parking sensors, front fog lamps, steering wheel audio controls, six airbags and standard Electronic Stability Control.

Not content with these incredible offers, Chevrolet is also offering customers a saving of £850 on the critically-acclaimed Orlando seven-seat MPV. Newly launched in 2011, the comprehensively equipped 1.8 LS model is offered at £15,560 on-the-road – a saving of £850 against the list price.
