Discerning Sheffield homebuyers will soon be able to enjoy their first look inside new Redrow homes in Ringinglow village.

The launch of Ringinglow Gardens, in Ringinglow Road, has been eagerly awaited by people keen to snap up a stylish new property in the sought-after location. And from Thursday, April 21 house hunters will be able to enjoy their first look inside the large and luxurious ‘Highgrove’ style show home.

Patsy Aicken, sales manager for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire), commented: “Potential purchasers have shown a keen interest in Ringinglow Gardens since we first announced plans to build in this popular part of Sheffield. We’ve been keeping them informed of our progress along the way as we have refined the scheme and finalised the specification. Now we look forward to welcoming them to the development to see the true beauty of the homes.”

Inspired by the architecture of the Arts and Crafts era, the properties at Ringinglow Gardens look very traditional from the outside; while inside they are bright and modern with a superior specification.

The homes benefit from under-floor heating and integrated top brand kitchen appliances. The light and airy nature of the designs is emphasised by the raised ceiling heights; while many of the bedrooms enjoy the luxury of an en-suite and master bedrooms benefit from the added glamour afforded by a dressing room.

Tastefully dressed by a team of professional interior designers, the ‘Highgrove’ show home demonstrates the true potential of these highly desirable new homes.

“Ringinglow Gardens is an intimate development of just 11 properties and while it would be impractical to open a show home for every house type, a visit to the ‘Highgrove’ will give customers a real feel of what life would be like if they were to purchase one of these stunning homes,” Patsy explained.

“A convivial open plan layout with a combined kitchen, breakfast area and family area puts the kitchen at the heart of the ‘Highgrove’, making it much more than somewhere to cook and eat; it’s an inviting space where families can gather and spend real quality time together. There’s also a separate dining room, which is ideal for dinner parties and more formal entertaining; while the lounge is the perfect place to kick back and relax in.

“There’s also a dedicated study, where parents and children alike can focus on their work without any distractions. And with four out of the five bedrooms in this luxurious property benefitting from the modern day essential en-suite there will be no queuing for the family bathroom.”

Set in a beautiful location with views of rolling countryside, the hustle and bustle of 21st century living seems a world away from Ringinglow Gardens, yet the development enjoys easy access to Sheffield city centre.

To be among the first to see inside the ‘Highgrove’ at Ringinglow Gardens, visit the development in Ringinglow Road, from Thursday, April 21, after which the show home will be open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5.30pm.
