Turbo Dynamics - UK distributor for Borg Warner’s EFR Turbocharger range
TD are proud to announce their new appointment as the UK’s Official EFR Distributor. Appointed officially by Turbocharger Manufacturers, Borg Warner, they have become the first EFR Distributor to be appointed to supply the European and UK market until an official European Distributor is appointed.
Turbo Dynamics have built their reputation as being innovators in the turbocharger aftermarket over the past 20 years. Having gone through a selection process, TD were recognised by one of the worlds leading turbocharger manufacturers, Borg Warner, as being the most suitable UK Turbocharger Company to officially represent and distribute the range.

Borg Warner rocked the turbocharging world with the release of their state of the art EFR Series, which stands for ‘Engineered for Racing’. This reinvention of the modern turbocharger has produced an optimally matched, super efficient turbocharger suited to high-power engines. It is a breakthrough in durability, responsiveness and installer/user satisfaction.
The turbo was designed to be capable of: high boost levels; huge airflow; extreme durability; improved driveability; quick response at low boost levels and low engine speeds; fast spool up times - and to: fit a variety of different engines, cylinder configurations and manifolds; be available in twin or single scroll; have an easily converted outlet; house an integrated shaft speed sensor. The availability of a variety of turbo models provides a power range of between 180hp to 1000HP depending on specifications and requirements.
These super-turbos can be retrofitted onto any performance vehicles and can replace the Original Equipment turbocharger. The range consists of 7 turbo models with different turbine variants available between single and twin scroll/volutes housings. The turbine inlet flanges range between industry standard T25, T3/T4 and T4 Twinscroll. As standard the turbocharger parts incorporate Gamma-Ti turbine wheels, dual ceramic ball bearing cartridges and investment cast stainless steel turbine housings, a combination that has created a revolution in aftermarket turbo technology.
Borg Warner have made the turbo matching exercise easy. By introducing their Matchbot (turbo matching software) online, the user can input certain engine information and power output requirements to be able to accurately match the right turbo to their specific requirements. This task, previously carried out by only the turbo experts is now available to everyone, a simple ‘do-it-yourself’ facility.
Now taking orders, TD will be supplying the range to the marketplace by July 2011.
