Thailand International Dog Show celebrates tenth anniversary

2nd June 2011 Print

Dogs of all shapes and sizes will be on display at the Thailand International Dog Show this summer.

Running from June 30th to July 3rd, the event sees canines take part in competitions and shows, while their owners find out more about the latest treats and services for their animal companions.

The organisers have revealed that more than 200 exhibitors will be present at the 2011 edition, the tenth in its history.

They expect about 200,000 people to attend the show at the Impact Muang Thong Thani in Bangkok, which can be reached by public transport from Pattaya.

As well as dog luxuries, there will be opportunities for people to have their pet checked out by a medical professional.

If visitors are keen to broaden their knowledge of how to look after their canine, they may want to attend one of the scheduled seminars.

To reach the venue, take the Skytrain to Mo Chit Station and then board the Impact shuttle bus.

The conference is open from 10:00 until 20:00 local time every day.

Animal lovers will find a wealth of accommodation on AsiaRooms.com, including Pattaya hotels such as the Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort.
