Quality craftsmanship and attention to detail mean that new Redrow homes in Sheffield are attracting plenty of interest from discerning homebuyers.

Located in the sought after village of Ringinglow, Ringinglow Gardens is an intimate development of premium quality properties.

Patsy Aicken, sales director for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire), commented: “At Redrow we take pride in all we do – from the locations in which we build to the quality craftsmanship our skilled team invest in the homes right through to the high standard of customer service we deliver. Ringinglow Gardens is a prime example of this, offering an exclusive selection of large and luxurious properties in a location that offers village living at its very best. To showcase the properties our team of professional interior designers have expertly styled an example of the five-bedroom ‘Highgrove’, which is continuing to attract more than 100 visitors a week.”

Dressed as the home of the fictional ‘King’ family, the designers have given the ‘Highgrove’ a very personal feel so that potential purchasers can picture it as a lived in home.

A neutral colour palette of cream and beige, with plum accents, gives the property an opulent look while also emphasising the spaciousness of the accommodation.

“In briefing the designers we asked them to imagine that it was the home of cardiologist Thomas King and his family. His professional accreditations are on display in the study, which is tucked away at the rear of the property off the open plan kitchen, breakfast area and family room” Patsy explained.

“The kitchen area is at the heart of the ‘Highgrove’ and is great for those who love to entertain. The separate dining room to the front of the property is perfect for more formal entertaining with a dining table set for eight guests who are mainly doctors as visitors will see from the table settings.”

The master bedroom is a glamorous space with Swarovski crystals in the wallpaper and the added luxury of not just an en-suite but also a dressing room.

Crystals can also be found on the wardrobe door handles in ‘daughter’ Rebecca’s room. She’s supposedly recently graduated from a Sheffield Hallam University with certificates, pictures, medical books and even a stethoscope on display.

“One of the bedrooms has been styled as that of Samuel King a pupil at the prestigious Birkdale School with his sports kit and trophies bearing his name on view,” Patsy commented.

“The smallest of the five bedrooms and the only without an en-suite has been dressed as music room, complete with cello plus sheet music wallpaper and photographs of an orchestra.”

Video footage of the area surrounding Ringinglow Gardens is among the most popular films on Redrow.TV and is consistently viewed more than 800 times a month. Redrow will soon be adding footage of the ‘Highgrove’ show home to its broadband television channel, enabling potential purchasers to ‘see’ inside any time of day or night.

Five-bedroom homes in a choice of styles are now available at Ringinglow Gardens, priced from £649,999.
