Award winning housebuilder Bellway Homes hasn’t let the dust settle this year, with countless showhome openings and bringing several new developments to the market, including the latest addition to its portfolio – the forthcoming launch of The Marches and Hanlin Park.

Whether it’s east or west, Bellway’s best for house hunters for a choice of great locations, the range of stylish homes available and a competitive pricing structure.

In the west, situated to the north-eastern edge of Glasgow, within the North Lanarkshire village of Stepps is The Marches; while on the east side of the country, in the West Lothian village of Armadale, is Hanlin Park.

Fraser Conn, Sales and Marketing Director, said: “We’ve been extremely proactive this year to do whatever we can to drive the market forward. This year alone has seen Bellway Homes launch no less than 14 showhomes across 10 sites, with the launch of The Marches and Hanlin Park representing six new developments in 2011.

“As we approach the end of the year, momentum hasn’t waned for us. We’re committed to maximising every opportunity in order to help buyers, as the demand for quality family homes remains strong.”

Both developments are set to provide an impressive collection of three, four and five bedroom homes. Bellway is making certain that young and growing families alike will not only find a property to suit their lifestyle requirements, but could also potentially upsize or downsize within each development as their requirements change over the years.

The Marches is aptly named, as Stepps is twinned with ‘Les Marches’, a village in the Savoie area of France that sits in the foothills of the Alps between Chambery and Grenoble. With a strong sense of community, Stepps has also forged a friendship link with the people of Les Marches, with regular exchange visits to and from both villages.

Stepps enjoys all the necessities for everyday life from local shops, restaurants and hotels, to nurseries and primary schools, with secondary education provided at nearby Chryston, Coatbridge and Cumbernauld. Only a five minute drive from the village is one of the west of Scotland’s premier shopping destinations – Glasgow Fort, with more than 70 leading retail outlets.

The village is well placed for both the M80 and M8, making Glasgow, Cumbernauld, Stirling and Edinburgh highly accessible. Stepps train station also offers a regular service to Glasgow Queen Street.

Armadale is equally equipped with all the requisites of modern life and buyers at Hanlin Park are set to benefit from many of these, as a superb range of new facilities is planned close to the development. A new supermarket, primary school, health centre and cafes will help create a thriving new micro-community, with residents practically having everything they need on their doorstep.

Armadale is also well served by good road and rail links, with a new train station just minutes from the development that offers regular service to both the heart of the capital and Glasgow city centre.

Prices will be released in due course for The Marches and Hanlin Park. For further information on or to register your interest on the priority mailing list for each development, visit bellway.co.uk.
