People who missed out on tickets to the Opening and Closing Ceremonies can still enjoy the glamour of the celebrations in London as Sportsworld has released plans for its premier event.

In its 15th year of running official programmes for corporate clients, sponsors, athletes and VIPs, Sportsworld will be hosting a special event high above the River Thames for guests to watch the ceremonies live on a large screen.

The hospitality event will be held at the exclusive Canon Bridge Roof Garden, in Cannon Street, within its glass fronted structure, ambient lighting, manicured gardens and spectacular views of the host city. Guests from around the world will enjoy a variety of entertainment, exclusive celebrity appearances, gourmet food and an open bar facility. The festivities will be topped off by a great view of the fireworks across the city.

Tickets for Sportsworld’s Opening Ceremony event on 27th July are on sale from £425pp plus VAT and from £395pp plus VAT for the Closing Ceremony on 12th August (minimum 10 guests). Price includes cocktails, canapés, mini-meals, a barbecue, salad bar, an open bar and a dedicated event management team.
