Marks & Spencer is set to keep women warm, comfortable and stylish in a new breed of thermals this winter which comprises vests, long sleeve tops, leggings, hosiery and socks.

The fabric composition used in the collection is designed with moisture control and anti-odour technology to bring the heat-retaining qualities of thermal wear into on-trend, lightweight, layering pieces. Gone are the days when thermal wear represented bulk and frumpiness!

Paschal Little, Head of Technology for Lingerie, says: “Customers are really feeling the benefit and we’re seeing great reviews on our website.”

The Met Office reports a risk of colder conditions setting in at the beginning of February* so now is an ideal time to invest in some warmer clothing.

M&S thermals are perfect for the woman who likes to embrace the outdoor winter weather, be that in the great British countryside or out and about town, with items from the thermal collection providing a soft and stylish base layer that can be worn on their own or layered together to create an individual, warm and cosy style.

The collection also has subtle, feminine touches such as lace detailing and ribbon piping, meaning women can still look stylish without sacrificing performance or warmth.

The thermal range is available now, in-store and online in the Lingerie & Underwear section of marksandspencer.com.
