Home owners won’t have to worry about selling their old home to buy a brand new one at Jennett’s Park in Bracknell thanks to part exchange from Redrow.

The award-winning developer is offering purchasers the chance to make a quick and easy move from old to new with the help of a time and money saving incentive.

Part exchange is available on the final family home at Windsor Park and is also available on selected properties at nearby Balmoral Gardens.

Helen McGill, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), commented: “The standout choice of quality built family homes at Windsor Park and Balmoral Gardens means finding your dream home is easy, but for those with an existing property to sell finding a buyer may prove more difficult. While purchasers may be accustomed to using part exchange when they want to upgrade to a new car, they may not realise they can do the same with their home. In simple terms, if you’re selling we’re buying.”

To help customers enjoy a hassle-free move, Redrow will arrange for a potential purchaser’s property to be valued and could make them an offer within a few days. Redrow effectively acts as a guaranteed cash buyer so there’s no need to worry about getting caught up in a complicated chain that could delay moving day. Customers won’t even have to worry about paying estate agent’s fees as these are taken care of by Redrow.

The final home at Windsor Park is a four-bedroom Ruthin, from the sought-after New Heritage Collection, priced at £394,950.

It features a combined kitchen and dining room that’s well equipped with integrated top brand name appliances including microwave, oven and fridge freezers, plus tall cabinets and extra wide drawers that offer plenty of storage.

The lounge is flooded with lots of natural light thanks to a window to the front and French doors to the rear.

There’s also a study or family room, plus a laundry room and downstairs cloaks.

Journey upstairs and the master bedroom has the convenience of an en-suite to complement the family bathroom. Both enjoy quality fixtures and fittings and a tile range exclusive to Redrow.

Those who miss out on the final property at Windsor Park needn’t despair as Redrow also has a choice of two, three and four-bedroom homes at nearby Balmoral Gardens that boast the same Arts & Crafts inspired exteriors and high internal specification.

Jennett’s Park enjoys a real sense of community with a pub already open on site. Plans for the wider area include a country park of 91 acres, a new primary school opening in September, and 10 play areas. Approximately half of the venture is set aside for open space, retained woodland and recreational areas.

Just five minutes from Bracknell and 20 minutes from Reading, the location near to the A329 Berkshire Way also provides easy access to the M3 and M4 – perfect for commuters. Direct trains from Bracknell to London Waterloo take around an hour.
