F. Scott Fitzgerald's iconic book tells the story of Nick Carraway, a young Midwesterner living on Long Island, who finds himself drawn into the lavish lifestyle of his neighbour, Jay Gatsby. When the original film, starring Robert Redford and Mia Farrow, was released in 1974, it sparked a fashion trend that is still seen today; and with Carey Mulligan, Isla Fisher and Gemma Ward all set to take lead roles in remake (alongside Tobey Maguire and Leonardo DiCaprio), we can expect to see the high street flooded with Gatsby inspired dresses, coats and accessories.
