The new Jaguar C-XF concept car – a major UK initiative – was hailed the star of Detroit’s International Motor Show yesterday when the covers were taken off by Jaguar’s Design Director Ian Callum and Managing Director Bibiana Boerio.

The C-XF concept car signals the onset of a new era for Jaguar. A stunning, four-door sports saloon which blends design purity with unmistakable dynamism, the C-XF is a clear indication of the design direction that the next generations of Jaguar saloons will take.

The international design, fashion and lifestyle magazine, Wallpaper, has signed Jaguar as headline partner of its annual Design Awards – the Oscars of the design world.

The Jaguar XK has been crowned ‘Car of the Year’ and ‘GT of the Year’ at the 2006 Top Gear Awards. This is the first time Jaguar has received this prestigious accolade from the UK’s biggest selling motoring publication. The awards were held in London on Thursday 7th December and were presented by BBC Top Gear TV’s Jeremy Clarkson.

The 2008 Model Year Jaguar S-TYPE revealed today at the Bologna Motor Show now offers customers even better value for money, with specification enhancements and reduced prices on a number of models.

Jaguar Cars has announced that a new sports saloon, the Jaguar XF, will make its public debut next autumn. Positioned in the luxury mid-size segment, the new Jaguar XF will replace the S-TYPE saloon in the Jaguar model line-up.
