Maserati at Mondial de l’Automobile The Maserati stand, located in Hall 1, Allée B, will showcase the current product range: GranSport MC Victory, Quattroporte Executive GT, Quattroporte Sport GT, MC12 Racing in Vitaphone livery, currently leading the FIA GT Championship and GranSport “Contemporary Classic”.


The winning Maserati MC12 takes the chequered flag at the Spa 24 Hours The demanding Spa-Francorchamps 24 Hours concluded on Sunday 30 July, at 16.00. After an entire day’s racing, the Maserati MC12 fielded by Vitaphone Racing Team and with Andrea Bertolini-Michael Bartels-Eric Van de Poele in the driving seat, claimed the win. The victory was obtained in the final 45 minutes of racing. This after 589 laps and a close battle with the Aston Martin DBR9 driven by Piccini-Deletraz-Lemeret-Fassler that finished just 1´41"452 behind. In third, and ten laps down, was the Corvette C6R with Longin-Kumpen-Hezemans-Mollekens on board.


Maserati showcases the latest additions to the range at Salon Privé, the Quattroporte Sport GT, the GranSport Spyder and the Quattroporte Executive GT Guests at this year’s London Salon Privé will be able to admire the elegant Quattroporte Executive GT and Sport GT, together with the Maserati Trofeo GranSport in Audemars Piguet livery which was driven up Goodwood Hill this weekend by supermodel Jodie Kidd and Superbike Champion Troy Bayliss.

Maserati GB’s Moz Fabris takes chequered flag at Oschersleben A great Maserati one-two brought the third round of the FIA GT at Oschersleben (Germany) to a close on Sunday 2 July. First and second went to the Maserati MC12s driven by Bartels-Bertolini and Davies-Biagi in the Vitaphone Racing Team cars. At the end of the three hour race, the Trident cars outclassed the Aston Martin of Deletraz-Piccini, the Saleen driven by Bert-Janis and the other Aston driven by Gollin-Babini. With this result, Bartels and Bertolini move to the top of the drivers' standings and Maserati stays in second position in the Manufacturers’ Cup. For Michael Bartels and Andrea Bertolini, Oschersleben is the second win of the season and comes on the heels of the Silverstone victory in round one.


The Maserati GranSport Trofeo on the Nordschleife At the Nuerburgring's legendary Nordschleife circuit, the GranSport Trofeo fielded by the Maserati R&D Factory Team crossed the line in 5th position in their category and 35th overall. Ex-Formula 1 driver Jacques Laffite, Gianni Giudici, Patrick Hong and Richard Meaden took it in turn behind the wheel of the Maserati. The result was proof of the vehicle's reliability.

The Trident will field a GranSport Trofeo in red livery, the classic Italian racing colour, in the next Nuerburgring 24 Hours race, on the legendary German circuit that measures 22 kilometres.

The Vitaphone Maserati MC12 of Jamie Davies and Thomas Biagi in action The second round of the FIA GT championship took place on Sunday 28 May at the Czech circuit of Brno. At the end of the three-hour race, the MC12 driven by Michael Bartels-Andrea Bertolini (Vitaphone Racing Team) just missed out on the podium. The Trident pair was just seven tenths off Gollin-Babini (third in the Aston Martin). In second came Deletraz-Piccini (Aston Martin) with Bert-Janis (Saleen) taking top spot. Jamie Davies-Thomas Biagi, in the other Vitaphone Maserati, finished in sixth place.


Maserati at Canary Wharf Motorexpo The Trident Marque exhibits its latest models, the Quattroporte Sport GT and the GranSport Spyder, at the 11th annual Canary Wharf Motorexpo.
