The Porsche Cayenne S ‘Transsyberia‘ has been developed to compete in the 2007 Transsyberia Rallye, a gruelling driving challenge that will take contestants from Moscow all the way through Siberia to Ulaanbaatar in Mongolia from 2-17 August.


Tim Harvey scored a superb double victory in rounds 13 and 14 of the Porsche Carrera Cup GB at Snetterton (Norfolk) over the weekend (28/29 July).


Steven Kane (Northampton) leads the title battle in the Porsche Carrera Cup GB heading to Snetterton (Norfolk) this weekend (28/29 July) for rounds 13 and 14 of the 20-round championship.

James Sutton claimed a fine double win in rounds 11 and 12 of the Porsche Carrera Cup GB at Donington Park over the weekend (14/15 July). In both races, Steven Kane chased Sutton to the flag to maintain his overall championship lead, while Charles Bateman and Nigel Rice each took a pro-am victory during some tremendous racing.


The next eight weeks will be the critical period in the battle for the Porsche Carrera Cup GB as the second half of the season starts at Donington Park (Leicestershire) this weekend (14/15 July). With eight of the remaining 10 races to run by the first weekend of September, the title contenders know that they are entering the deciding period in the season.


Steven Kane strengthened his grip on the Porsche Carrera Cup GB title with a double win at Oulton Park over the weekend (23/24 June). While Kane won a hard-fought victory in the opening race, he only snatched his second win when Michael Caine spun out of the lead with a lap and a half to run. Meanwhile, Andy Britnell scored a fine pro-am double victory.


James Sutton was the star of the Porsche Carrera Cup GB at Croft over the weekend (2/3 June), as he romped to a superb pair of victories. His first Carrera Cup wins put the 21-year old racer well into contention for the title contest with 12 races still to run. Meanwhile, Nigel Rice continued to dominate the pro-am category with two more wins.


After a four-week break, the Porsche Carrera Cup GB resumes over the weekend of 2/3 June for rounds seven and eight at the Croft circuit in North Yorkshire. Heading to the technically challenging track, just two points split the two leading title contenders.
