Easier.com Terms of Use
The Terms of Use describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our web site and services under the domain at http://www.easier.com . If you do not agree to be bound by this Terms of Use, you may not use or access our services.

As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items listed, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to pay for items. Do not assume that the offer, sale, purchase, export or import of any item is valid and legal simply because it is listed on the Easier.com web site. We are not responsible for ensuring that buyers and sellers actually complete a transaction. You accept sole responsibility for the legality of your actions under laws applying to you.
3. Restricted Items.
You must not list, offer or advertise any items, which we do not permit on the Easier.com web site as set out in our Advertising and Listing Guidelines.
4. Listing and Advertising.
You must be legally entitled to offer the items or services you list and advertise. You must state whether or not any items or services advertised are offered in the course of a trade or business. You must ensure that all adverts you post are in no way unlawful. All adverts must not:
be false, inaccurate or misleading;
be offensive or menacing, abusive, defamatory, or in breach of copyright, confidence, privacy or any other rights;
infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trade mark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items;
be in breach of any applicable laws or regulations (including, but not limited to, laws governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, false advertising);
be obscene, indecent or contain child pornography;

5. Remove, Reclassify or Withdraw Service.
Easier.com reserves the right to remove or refuse any advert or listing, to edit or reclassify any advert or listing, or to withdraw the use of our service from any individual or business with or without notice.
6. Fees and Payment.
Private individuals can list and advertise items on Easier.com free of charge.
Business users are required where appropriate to make payment online in full prior to use. The amount payable will be clearly indicated. This site's credit card transaction service offers the highest in security standards. If you do not wish to pay online by credit card, you can pay by cheque. If you look up at the URL on the payment page you will notice that it begins with https://. This means that it is on a Secure Server and all transactions that take place are encrypted between your browser and the server. Nobody is able to obtain your credit card details nor other information.
7. Privacy Policy.
Registration data and other personally identifiable information that we may collect is subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
8. Registration and Password.
You are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your password and shall be responsible for all uses via your registration and/or login, whether authorized or unauthorized by you. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or your registration, user account or password.
9. Use of Email Tools.
You may not use the "Contact the Advertiser", or other email forwarding services that we offer, to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate our Terms and Conditions of Service.
10. Third Party Services.
Goods and services of third parties may be advertised and/or made available on or through the Easier.com web site. Representations made regarding products and services provided by third parties are governed by the policies and representations made by these third parties. We shall not be liable for or responsible in any manner for any of your dealings or interaction with third parties.
11. Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, our subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, advertisers, partners, and co-branders from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, that may be made by any third party, that is due to or arising out of your conduct or connection with this web site or service, your provision of content, your violation of this Terms of Use or any other violation of the rights of another person or party.
