The homes are unlikely to be available for long as Redrow’s is offering buyers £500 a month towards their mortgages until 2010 or the option of 100% part-exchange on their existing property, if they decide to purchase a selected three or four-bedroom house at the popular Cwrt Penrhiwtyn venture.


More - or perhaps moor - homes choices will be available for young professional singles or couples trying to get onto the property ladder, with the launch of a new Barratt Homes development at Port Talbot. Abbot’s Moor, a new 134-property site in the vibrant town, will be launched next month (September) and include apartments, coachhouses and also Barratt’s unique and chic iPads.


The Crymlyn Gardens development in Neath Buyers have been snapping up homes at Crymlyn Gardens in Neath at lightning speed prompting Barratt Homes to release a new phase of homes on the development. Sales Director Sandra Dixon said the development in Skewen had appealed to a wide range of buyers and the first phase is now almost completely sold out.
