Confused.com: Defaqto home insurance report

Carlton Hood, chief executive officer of Confused.com – UK price insurance comparison service - comments on Defaqto's report on home insurance, which named Confused.com as one of only five "true aggregators" in the industry: "Confused.com is delighted that Defaqto's recent home insurance report highlighted our position as a "true aggregator" within the industry. The report endorses our consumer proposition of offering transparent and comprehensive information, in order to empower customers to make their own informed financial decisions.

"It is imperative that customers are provided with a fair and transparent service, and unlike some other comparison sites, Confused.com diffuses some of the opaqueness by providing quotes not estimates and, whenever possible, like-for-like comparisons.
