Learn the secrets of Thai cuisine on a five-day cooking course in Northern Thailand with a trip currently available through Flight Centre.

The course will teach you how to work with the vital ingredients of lemon grass, basil, coriander, chilli, garlic, lime juice and coconut to make up delicious fiery and fragrant Thai dishes.

The five-day trip to Chiang Mai includes four-nights accommodation and three-days of cooking school learning the essential skills of buying ingredients and preparing Thai delicacies with Chef Khun Somphon at his family home. There is also plenty of time to explore this pretty mountain town including its vibrant night bizarre, temples and museums.

The price for the five-day trip is from £155 per person and includes bed and breakfast accommodation at the Chiang Mai Plaza hotel, airport transfer from Chiang Mai and the three-day cooking course including lunch. This for travel from now until the end of December 2006.

International flights to Thailand are NOT included. Flight Centre can arrange flights to Bangkok from Heathrow from £500 per person flying with Thai Airlines to Chiang Mai via Bangkok.
