This property is situated in a small quiet hamlet approx 15 mins from the town of Bellac. There are shops and bars in a village only a few minutes away.

The garden is to the side and rear of the barn and contains flowerbeds and vegetable growing area; it can be accessed by the door at the rear of the barn or by a gateway to one side, which is only a few metres from the front door of the cottages. There is also a small fenced piece of garden attached to the rear of the house big enough for a table and chairs.
The hamlet has mains drainage, which passes immediately in front of the cottages, but the property is currently not connected.
