THE OUTSIDE PAELLA HOUSE:

Situated along the side of the house is a purpose built paella/barbeque house complete with all amenities. This includes BBQ, gas oven, sink, fridge freezer,microwave and mains electricity.
Also included in the asking price is the 240 bottles of white wine currently stored in there. The unit measures 3.5m x 2.1m and is ample for most tasks.

This pool is spectacular to say the least. Designed and built by the previous owners of the property it stands as a monument to their work. Our family have spent countless days just sat around or swimming in this wonderful setting. The pool features a seating area inside where one can sit and keep cool.
The large monolith type construction is a waterfall which circulates the pool water.
There are two fully grown palm trees towards one end with lots of colourful plants arranged around the pool area.
The pool boasts a shallow end of 1.5m and a deep end of 2.5m along with three large ‘walk in’ steps along with the traditional stepladder type.
In the centre of the pool is a beautiful mosaic star.
Underwater lighting adds a special touch to the pool on evenings and can be controlled along with the filtration system via a timer.
It is very simple to maintain and all the equipment is included with the property.
Also in the pool area is a wooden table that comes complete with large umbrella and chairs…ideal for having dinner on in those lazy summer evenings.
A speaker system and garden lights add to the effects of this incredible construction.
An outside shower is in the corner of the pool area and is more than welcome on summer days when its just too hot to do anything!
In the opposite corner is a bench type seat cover in mosaic tiles and sits in the shade of a tree.
