THE ACCOMMODATION
Our quiet executive fully air conditioned one Bedroom Suite is ideal for the Business Executive on a business trip to Riga, or a couple on vacation.
It can accommodate 4 adults max.
Brand new, it was built in 2005/6 & is fully equipped to the highest standard. With over 42 m² of living space, the apartment is divided in half by a retractable screen, offering a Double Bedroom & a Sitting Room. The bedroom comprises a large double bed, built in double wardrobe & bedside cabinets with lamps.
The Sitting Room consist of a 2 piece suite with large sofa (which can be converted into another double bed) & arm chair, desk with chair, coffee table, side cabinet, 28"/70cm flat screen TV with 40 station English/Russian/German cable, dvd & cd player with music system & surround-sound speakers.
The key feature of the Living Area is the enormous panoramic double glazed picture window, which extends from floor to ceiling & from wall to wall of the Sitting Room & Bedroom, offering unparalleled views (seen above & below) of the Daugava River & the Vansu Suspension Bridge, and being West facing, the spectacular Riga sunset.
In addition, the Suite also comprises a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven & hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric iron, washing machine, and all the necessary cutlery & utensils.
There is also an ensuite bathroom with large bath & shower, separate basin & toilet.
The Suite is double gazed & fully Air Conditioned with temperature controls which means it is very quiet and the interior temperature can be set to your exact needs, despite the weather outside! The double glazed windows can also be fully or partially opened if fresh air is required.
THE BUILDING
Being on the third floor, there is an elevator to the ground level, & the Building benefits from 24 hour security guards & security gates with telephone access from the apartment so you control who is let in and out of the Building.
THE LOCATION
The main advantage of this apartment is its superb location.
Just 5 minutes stroll from the famous Riga “Old Town” (Vecriga) our apartment suite is situated on the third floor of an equally brand new sparkling modern glass building overlooking the “Daugava”, Riga's river.
Sandwiched perfectly between the International Embassies, overlooking the private Marina, and just a few minutes walk straight into the very centre of Riga’s Tourist District, it could not be better located.
Take a 2 minute walk down the Embankment, turn left past the President’s Residence and you will find yourself right in the middle of Riga’s most exclusive Shopping Centre, Nightlife & Restaurants. Within 5 minutes you will arrive along one of the seven streets that bring you to the “Doma Laukums” Square with its huge Cathedral (the largest in the Baltics), open space, outdoor dining & its famous ‘Dome’ Steak House, where the very best steaks are served exactly to your preference. One minute further on into the centre and you will arrive at the “Livu Laukums” Square (below), with its Cafes and Bars (offering live music in the Summer months), relax with a drink as you soak up the atmosphere & admire the superb architecture of the surroundings.

The price of the Suite is just $80 USD/£40 UK Sterling/60 Euros per night.
There is no minimum reservation. You may book just one night if you wish, subject to the reservation charges below.
There may be a discounted rate of $500 USD/£250 UK Sterling/375 Euros per weekly (7 night +) reservation depending upon time of year and season,
and a discounted rate of $1500 USD/£750 UK Sterling/1200 Euros per calendar month, again, depending upon time of year and season
These rates includes all utility charges, taxes, cleaning fees, everything, for reservations of over 5 nights.
Earliest Check-In time is 12 noon. Normal standard arrival time is between noon to 6pm local daily.
Normal departure time is between 9am to 11am local daily.
A Security Deposit/Guarantee of 50 Euros/40 Lats is required on arrival. This is returned to you if all is well on departure.
You may book as many nights as you wish, but there is a standard administration/booking fee to cover key delivery & cleaning of $20 USD/£10 UK Sterling/15 Euros for reservations of less than 6 nights. There is no administration/booking fee for reservations of 6 nights or more.
Early/Late Check In & Check Out
We will try to accommodate guests arrival & departure times & be as flexible as possible. Subject to availability of the apartment (ie that we have no other guest arriving on your day of departure) you may extend your check out/departure time, provided you notify us of this requirement when you book. However please note there is a charge for this. There is a charge of 10 Euros if you wish to arrive and check in after 5pm local, or if you wish to check out & depart before 9am local. If you wish to check out & depart after 11am local there is a late check out charge of 10 Euros, and after 4pm local, 20 Euros. This is simply to cover the cost of the cleaners & Management Agent coming to the apartment out of their normal operating hours. As stated, this is subject to availability of staff & the apartment on the day. Please make sure you state your arrival and departure times when contacting us. If you wish to avoid these charges and check out but leave your luggage secure somewhere, this can also be arranged.
* Recommended... Collection from the airport & delivery to the front door of the apartment can be easily arranged through our Management Agent by taxi for a nominal charge, of approximately 20 Euros...
