Ryanair tops customer service poll

Ryanair, Europe’s largest low fares airline yesterday welcomed the release of the Association of European Airlines’ consumer report for 2006, which again shows Ryanair as the most punctual major airline in Europe, in addition to having the fewest lost bags and the least cancellations.

Speaking today, Ryanair’s Head of Communications, Peter Sherrard said:

“The high fare AEA airlines just can’t match Ryanair for price or customer service. These 2006 statistics reaffirm Ryanair as Europe’s most punctual major airline, with the fewest lost bags and the least cancellations. Ryanair is the world’s favourite airline because we deliver exactly what passengers want – the lowest fares, top customer service and a ‘no fuel surcharge ever’ guarantee”.
