Connections - the specialist independent travel division of Titan Travel - has introduced its first programme of tours to Egypt. The new mini-brochure offers three fascinating tours that comprise a 7-day tour of the ‘Pyramids and Temples’ tour.

The includes three nights in the bustling city of Cairo with accommodation in a garden view room at the Mena House Oberoi in Giza and four nights at the Sofitel Old Winter Palace in Luxor; a 7-day ‘Cities of Upper Egypt’ tour comprising four nights at the Sofitel Old Winter Palace in Luxor and three nights at the Mövenpick Aswan Resort in Aswan; or a 7-day ‘Egyptian Odyssey’ tour with two nights at the Sofitel Old Winter Palace in Luxor and five nights on board the five star MS RAII.

The highlights of the cruise itinerary include guided visits to the Valley of the Kings and the temples complexes of Luxor and Karnak, as well as the equally impressive temple at Edfu, an excursion to the High Dam at Aswan and, by boat, to the temple of Philae on Lake Nasser, with time to visit the Crocodile temple at Kom-Ombo on the return journey from Aswan to Luxor. An optional excursion, by air, to Abu Simbel can also be arranged.
