The incentive includes 100 per cent part-exchange on an existing property for move up buyers or 5 per cent deposit paid for first time buyers plus additional extras for every Winter Gift buyer of up to £500 a month mortgage subsidy for 12 months, carpets fitted throughout, kitchen appliances and help with legal fees.
