Barratt is offering a dream start at developments on Teesside - which could enable you to buy a brand new home for only 75 per cent of the purchase price and move in for just £99. Buyers have no deposit to find and in addition, Barratt will pay stamp duty and legal fees, and include free carpets & kitchen appliances.
