Property writer launches new blog

Journalist and editor Stewart Andersen has recently taken on a new venture by launching a property blog. Andersen has 20 years’ experience in the property industry and ‘Stewart Andersen’s Property Blog’ (stewartandersen.wordpress.com) provides personal, first-hand information about real estate in the UK and overseas. The blog looks at a wide range of topics ranging from buying a house in the Balearic Islands to energy efficiency and over 55’s village schemes.

Andersen has established the blog now so that when the upturn comes he is ready to take advantage of new opportunities. The world of media has changed dramatically since he first returned to the UK in the 1980s and he is enjoying the speed and directness the blog offers. It certainly gives him an immediate contact with the property industry and his readers.

Andersen saw the need for a property blog at the beginning of 2009.
